“I cannot tell you how pleased we were with ALD's work this past week. Your company has assisted us in Palm Springs over the years and also, on occasion, at our main home in Pasadena. As you know, we have quite a unique property and extra care is required to maintain the original 1950's appearance of the home. We were frankly at a loss to find a practical solution to permanently eliminate the risk of our main sewer line clogging as a result of multiple root intrusions. We are also located on a rock ledge, further complicating the challenge. Your team was initially headed by Erick Morales, later joined by his supervisor Andy and as the project unfolded, by several other knowledgeable employees of the firm. Erick also worked very well with our staff. As a former Chief Executive of First Interstate Bank, later the senior Managing Director of what is today JPMorganChase and at present Chairman of the Palm Springs Art Museum, I was struck by your team's "advisory, consultative" approach rather than what is more typical "sales" approach. The team determined the source and location of the problem, discussed various alternatives, brought in experts, arrived at a workable solution which was then followed by a proposal.
