He worked through the hottest part of the afternoon (104F), non-stop, to get the job done. We had an unknown leak(s) that needed to be isolated. He troubleshot, isolated the problem, and fixed it. He made sure his work remain flawless and complete. He explained to me what is involved in fixing them, so that I would understand what is involved and what is going on. I felt he was there for the best of the customer's welfare. His professional attitude made me feel confident he would do a superb job.
