“Hello Jenny, Thank you for sending the report for the service performed at my home on July 10, 2015. Eric and John saved the day! They came out to look for three sprinkler valves. They found the first valve after only a few minutes but the next two valves proved to be much more difficult. They were determined to find the missing valves. They stayed positive throughout their search and even answered questions that my husband had over the phone. I think they were just as happy as I was when they finally found the valves. I am always complaining to my husband about how no one ever goes above and beyond anymore. He'll be happy that I can't complain about that anymore because of Eric and John!
