Ian was professional and courteous and showed me the problem and what was replaced. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. Because there was not cement removal and replacement needed which was originally considered in the estimate, they reduced the price accordingly. I highly recommend this company.”

“Amazing. Incredible. Professional. Prompt. Any adjective to describe perfection can be further inserted. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I called ALD at 9am due to what I thought would be a broken underground pool line. Trish took the call and immediately got us scheduled. She was efficient and pleasant on the phone and covered all bases. She got us into an afternoon appointment which we greatly appreciated. Steven arrived to our home around 3pm and went right to work. Within 30 minutes he found the issue. To my extreme surprise and delight, it was not a broken line under the ground. Instead, an o-ring had gone bad. He located it, fixed it and tested the entire system for any further issues. Finding none, I celebrated not having to dig up an area of my yard once again. Steven is a complete professional with an awesome personality to match. He handled everything with such a level of care.
