“We had standing water on my front lawn for several months; we thought it was the irrigation system, so we called an irrigation specialist to check for leaks. He checked it and said the issue does not seem to be irrigation and suggested the local water works or a plumber service. We contacted a plumbing service, and they were unable to assist due to the size of my lawn - however, they recommended American Leak Detection. We contacted American Leak Detection (spoke with Ms. Annette) who dispatched a team out promptly, they performed their analysis and located the area of the leak. We got the plumber back out and the appropriate repairs were made to resolve our leak issues. We've dealt with service companies that promise to send someone out to address our issues, but they are either days and weeks later or they don't show up. He was very interested in everything I had to say and discussed with me what the various symtoms of my leak indicated. He surveyed inside the house and the immediate area outside between the meter and the initial point of entry to the house. He shared with my wife and me the various steps and methods he would use. His equipment vehicle is in great shape and all of the equipment and tools inside the vehicle looked very clean, well maintained and in their place (a place for everything and everything in its place.)
