“I had a great conversation with Becca at the Firestone, CO location about a suspected leak in my house. She was straight forward about what a trip charge would be, and offered to help me figure out if I even needed someone to come out. She explained what I might be hearing and we discussed various things it may be, until I felt confident that it was most likely confined inside the pipes but to call if I see evidence of wet drywall later. She also explained exactly how they would find a leak with minimal wall damage if I needed it later. I will definitely refer this company to all of my friends and family! They are lucky to have such a great employee as Becca!”
